Robert Rex has spent 16 years representing investors. He has a comprehensive understanding of securities fraud arbitration and litigation procedures. He is one of the first members of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), established in 1990. The purpose of the organization is to preserve the rights and interests of public investors in securities and commodities arbitration cases.

In addition, Mr. Rex has an extensive economic background. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. and he worked as certified public accountant for 6 years prior to practicing law. Such experience allows him to examine securities fraud cases from a legal and financial perspective.
